If an order is returned to sender, it is typically because the information provided at checkout was either invalid/incomplete which will cause a failed delivery. To ensure your package is properly delivered, please double-check all of the information provided during checkout. Such as correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers/letters, and route information if necessary.

Once an order is returned to us by USPS, a member of our customer support team will contact you about refunding or re-shipping the package. PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT FEE FOR ALL RE-SHIPMENTS!

Tracking numbers are issued to customers via email once the shipping label is printed. The tracking number will update once it is scanned by USPS.

All orders take 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (Mon-Fri) to ship out. For instance, if an order is placed on Monday, it could take up to the following Monday (fifth business day) to ship out. However, most orders do not take the full five business days to ship out!
