1. WHY DOES MY ORDER READ "PRE-SHIPMENT" WHENEVER I TRY TO TRACK IT? Once we print the shipping label for your order, the tracking number is immediately sent to you. Pre-Shipment only appears when we are preparing the order to be shipped.
  2. WHY DOES MY ORDER READ "RETURNED TO SENDER" WHENEVER I TRY TO TRACK IT? Packages that are listed as returned to sender means the mail carrier was unable to deliver the package to the address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information at checkout. In most cases, USPS will return the package to us. We will re-ship the item(s) to the updated address, however the customer will be responsible for the shipping invoice following the second shipment attempt.
  3. HOW DOES RICH ROYAL PRODUCTS RUN? MEN OR WOMEN'S SIZING? All items have a unisex fit, therefore we highly recommend ordering your normal size.
  4. I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW DO I CORRECT IT? Please report any shipping errors to richroyalcs@gmail.com immediately. When checking out, please double-check the provided information for any potential errors. RICH ROYAL USA WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments!
  5. MY PACKAGE IS LISTED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHY? USPS is 100% responsible for the delivery of EVERY package. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery if the order is listed as delivered before entering your possession as USPS may be attempting to re-deliver the package. If the time exceeds, contact your local Post Office to track your package. In most cases, packages are found and asked to be picked up at your local Post Office.
  6. THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. HOW DO I ORDER IT? Majority of our items are released as limited-time items. Therefore, if the item you are looking for does not appear online it is no longer available. It is very unlikely for us to restock a limited-time item.
