- How long does will it take for my order to ship out? All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to ship out.
- Which carrier will be delivering my package? All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS, depending on your selection at checkout. Customers have the option to select the desired carrier of their preference.
- How does your return/exchange policy work? All returns/exchanges must be submitted via email/telephone within 72 hours from the delivery of the package. The item must be returned in its original condition (unused & unworn) to be approved for a return/exchange.
- Can I change the address on my order? Please contact us immediately via email/telephone to request an address change after your order has been submitted. Although we can not guarantee we will be able to make the adjustments, we will do our best to accommodate your request!
- My package says delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do? If two days have passed after your order was marked as delivered, please notify us right away!
- I selected (x) number of days for delivery at checkout, why hasn't my package arrived? All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process. Therefore the number of days shown at checkout is only an estimate of how long it will take the package to arrive once it is shipped out.
