PROCESSING

All orders take 2-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday) to process. Example; if you place an order on Monday, the absolute latest day it will ship out will be the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday are treated as orders place on Monday. Typically, orders do not take a full 5 Business Days to process. This applies to pickup orders as well. Once your order begins processing, an email notification will be sent to you informing the package is on its way. This email will also include the tracking number for your order.

NOTE: If an item is not fully ready to be processed, the description will inform you on the date it will begin processing. Example; A newly released item may not be ready for processing on the day of its release. Therefore, it is treated as a pre-order. The description will list the day it will begin processing. Processing time will begin on the date provided in the description. Although this is uncommon, we still advise customers to abide by this policy for those particular items.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS, depending on your selection at checkout. Delivery transportation times can be viewed at checkout.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Once your package arrives, you will have 72 hours (3 business days) to request a refund/exchange via email/telephone. After the time has expired, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges! All returns and exchanges must arrive to us in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer; unused, unworn and unwashed. To submit a return or exchange, please contact us:
