Returns/Exchanges
We take pride in providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
POLICY:
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
INELIGIBILITY:
Some products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards and promotional giveaways
REFUNDS:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and delivery fees (including local delivery fees) are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES:
Need a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange your item if the requested size or color is still in stock. If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
